What effect results from having a different size blower? I mean do the small ones produce more heat, or is there any difference in having different blower sizes?

    facts from Eaton:http://www.eaton.com/supercharger/

The M45 and M62 blowers up to 6psi are practicly the same when it comes to heat and power loss. They stay within 10 degrees and 2hp. BUT! when both are turned up to 10 psi the larger blower is still within its efficiency zone, while the smaller M45 goes into overtime spinning to over 15,000rpm by engine redline, while the M62 is only at 11,000. Both are the same below 4400 engine rpm, and then the M45 becomes 25degrees warmer and 5hp more drag by redline. So unless you think the extra 5hp and 25 degress is worth spending the extra money, its probably not worth it, unless 11-15psi is in your future.
